Hyderabad’s real estate sector, particularly in the northern regions, is set to witness significant growth with the recent announcement by Ramky Estates, a prominent realty major. The company has committed a substantial investment of Rs 8,000 crore towards the development of 12 upcoming residential projects in the city. Spanning approximately 10 million square feet, these projects will yield around 8,000 housing units, offering new living opportunities in areas such as Uppal, Cherlapally, Pocharma, Thukkuguda, and select pockets of west Hyderabad. With a projected completion timeline of three-and-a-half years, these residential apartments aim to meet the evolving housing demands of the region.
